Privacy policy
This page is maintained by the operator of CROSSTICK to explain what information the service collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and an opaque user identifier. When you save a level, we store the family, anchor instrument, anchor price, and any note or tags you attach. We also store a per-day counter of saves to enforce the free plan quota.
What we do not collect
We do not collect brokerage credentials, positions, executions, or any data from a broker on your behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Authentication
Authentication is handled by our backend provider. If you sign in with Google, the provider returns your email and a stable identifier; we do not receive your Google password.
Data retention
Free-plan saved levels older than 7 days are not shown in the app. You can delete any saved level at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved levels and profile.
